Job summary

LightForce Orthodontics in Massachusetts is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Physical Manufacturing Team. You will help keep production assets running, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and become a subject matter expert on our equipment to drive uptime and quality.

The ideal candidate will have an associate or bachelor’s in manufacturing or related field (or equivalent experience), strong documentation and data skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Certificate in mechanical or electronics preferred.
• Experience in a professional manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Startup experience and additive manufacturing experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production assets per PM schedules.
• Document maintenance activities in the facility log.
• Maintain tooling/equipment and ensure production readiness.
• Conduct daily maintenance rounds and log findings.
• Support process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
