Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Harrisonville, MO facility. This role leads plant operations teams to achieve production, safety, quality, and cost targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will implement and maintain SOPs, drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies, manage cross-training, and partner with HR to support workforce development and attendance management.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Experience in CPG or supply chain environments (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure safe daily operations and achievement of production targets
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement (OEE, waste reduction)
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards compliance
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and cross-functional teams
