Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in people leadership.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, health, and well-being of employees.
• Provide leadership to operations team and daily production activities.
• Lead launches and sustainment of new programs.
• Direct daily production meetings and performance reviews.
• Improve manufacturing strategies to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery goals.
• Develop and manage department budgets.
• Support Lean, TWI, TPM implementations.
• Forecasts used to plan production and resource allocation.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
