Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to manage environmental and technical services in a lean manufacturing and distribution setting at the Harrisonville, MO facility. The role oversees capital budgets, process improvements, and a staff focused on continuous engineering excellence.

Responsibilities include budgeting, project design, contractor supervision, GMP training, and advancing the site master plan to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Business Management/Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of plant/process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and capital project initiatives.
• Develop, authorize, and manage annual Technical Department budgets.
• Oversee safety, GMP, OSHA/EPA compliance and training.
