Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Plant Production Leader in Missouri to direct production, quality and maintenance, ensuring a high quality, low cost finished product.

You will lead daily operations, drive Lean, TPM and TWI initiatives, manage budgets, and develop the operations team to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong collaboration and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Logistics and Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or other related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in a manufacturing environment with 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health, and well-being of employees and daily operations.
• Provide leadership and direction to the operations team to meet production goals.
• Launch and sustain new programs with Lean, TWI and TPM methodologies.
• Lead daily production meetings and allocate resources effectively.
