Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an experienced operations leader to guide the plant’s production, quality and maintenance teams toward a high-quality, low-cost finished product. You will provide strategic direction, resource alignment, and hands-on leadership to achieve safety, efficiency and quality goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in manufacturing with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to plant production, quality and maintenance to ensure high quality, low cost finished product.
• Lead daily production meetings and drive operations to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery and productivity goals.
• Develop and implement Lean, TWI and TPM programs to improve performance.
• Allocate resources and manage assets to optimize efficiency and output.
• Develop and manage department budgets and forecasts.
• Mentor and develop line technicians and support staff for long-term growth.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
