Reporting to the Plant Operations team, you will drive production schedules, train staff, and collaborate with quality and support teams to maintain high GMP standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, Lean Six Sigma experience, and a proven track record of delivering productivity improvements in a food production setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with at least 2 years supervising teams.
• Familiar with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the production team and develop shift schedules.
• Execute and monitor production processes to meet targets.
• Drive efficiencies and productivity through team execution.
• Ensure GMP and Food Safety standards are fully applied.
• Analyze production data and take action to improve performance.
