Red Monkey Foods, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a full-time production operator to safely run multiple stations on the bath salt production line. The role emphasizes GMP compliance, accurate filling, proper labeling, and on-time production flow.

You will weigh packages, assist with blending, and assist with setup and operation of the LOT machine, while maintaining safety, teamwork and clear communication with the plant team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate multiple stations on the production line.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple stations of the production line safely.
• Ensure containers are filled to specification and labeled correctly.
• Weigh filled packages to ensure fill accuracy.
• Box, stack and palletize product as required.
• Maintain GMP compliance and report safety concerns.
• Setup and operate the LOT machine as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
