Job summary

Alinabal, LLC is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead a team of production staff. You will ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met, while managing workflow and supporting maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, with experience in lean manufacturing and the ability to coach and develop personnel on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams to meet safety, quality and delivery goals.
• Familiarity with production scheduling and metrics like downtime and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production personnel to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Review production schedules and adjust workflow and staffing to meet customer requirements.
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and development to production employees.
• Promote cross-training to improve flexibility and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor output, downtime, efficiency, and other KPIs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and other functions to resolve issues.
• Lead Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
