Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, support, and guidance to direct labor.
• Oversee training of direct labor per work instructions.
• Ensure safety policies and Lean standards are followed.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop safe, efficient processes.
• Understand ISO policies; work with quality to resolve problems.
• Minimize waste and cost on the production line.
• Entry of information into ERP for work orders and hours.
• Coordinate timely material orders with Procurement to meet deadlines.
• Track multi-step processes using MS Office and ERP.
• Generate improvements to processes, equipment, and safety.
• Review timecards for accuracy before approval.
