Job summary

Beyond Vision Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to support daily manufacturing operations and guide direct labor teams. You will ensure adherence to work instructions, safety and quality standards, while keeping an organized, efficient floor.

You will also monitor ERP data and collaborate cross-functionally on continuous improvement. The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, experience with Netsuite/Oracle, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• 2 year or 4-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Netsuite or Oracle experience highly desired.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Forklift experience/certification required.
• Training is provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and support the Production Manager.
• Train direct labor team members per work instructions.
• Enforce safety policies and Lean standards on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop safe and efficient processes.
• Understand ISO and quality standards; help resolve production problems.
• Minimize waste and production costs while maintaining quality.
• Ensure accurate ERP entries and timely reporting.
• Monitor work orders, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure material readiness.
• Review timecards for accuracy and reporting.
