• Participates in training to ensure quality and meet customer requirements.
• Comply with legal requirements to prevent injuries.
• Maintains a safe, healthy environment and reports incidents.
• Follows quality, environmental, health and safety policies.
• Plans, assigns, directs work; manages performance and attendance.
• Coordinates flow of production parts with Supply Chain.
• Ensures work follows Work Instructions.
• Interprets specs and assigns duties.
• Adjusts procedures to meet schedules.
• Prepares production reports for the shift.
• Enforces company policies and safety rules.
• Suggests efficiency improvements.
• Analyzes and resolves production issues.
• Motivates teams to meet goals.
• Escalates unresolved issues to Operations Manager.
• Coordinates urgent maintenance support.
• Completes maintenance work orders.
• Approves time cards and overtime.
• Coordinates across departments.
• Works on inventories and annual physical inventory.
• Overtime as scheduled.
• Champions 5S and maintains standards.
