Job summary

ATI Specialty Alloys & Components in Millersburg, Oregon, is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead up to 20 direct reports and drive safe, efficient production operations. You will implement processes, coach the team, and collaborate with cross-functional groups including engineering, quality, and safety.

The role offers rotating 12-hour shifts or day shifts, with responsibilities spanning safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
• Experience in a union environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 20 direct reports and ensure safe, efficient operation of production areas.
• Develop processes and equipment utilization strategies to meet production goals and quality requirements.
• Plan, direct and coordinate department activities for safe and efficient operations.
• Identify problems and drive continuous improvement through LEAN practices.
