Job summary

ATI Specialty Alloys & Components in Oregon is hiring Production Operators to support our Millersburg Operations. Open shifts include rotation, swing and graveyard. You will operate industrial equipment, follow safety protocols, and work cross-functionally to meet production goals.

A successful candidate has a high school diploma, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Starting wage is $29/hour with potential to rise to $34/hour plus quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good basic math skills and decimal understanding.
• Basic computer literacy for daily systems use.
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical inclination.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear a respirator if needed.
• Safety minded and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Utilize computer-based systems for daily operation.
• Continuously participate in safety programs and initiatives.
• Engage in Continuous Improvement activities.
• Operate industrial equipment and machinery.
• Perform heavy physical labor and operate forklifts, cranes, and manipulators.
• Use basic hand tools as required.
• Clean work areas, machines and equipment.
• Keep accurate records and complete reports.
