Job summary

WireCo WorldGroup is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely manufacture of high-quality products at our Texas facilities. You will drive performance, coach staff, and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to maintain ISO 9001, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with planning, maintenance, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of manufacturing experience, including lead responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and production reporting.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives.
• Provide daily direction and production priorities for the team.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment aligned with WireCo values.
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor attendance, scheduling, overtime, and workforce utilization.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Promote employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
