Job summary

Woodgrain Millwork is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor in North Carolina to oversee day-to-day production, safety, quality, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include data collection, process improvement, ensuring equipment maintenance, mentoring staff, and collaborating with HR. Requires 3-5 years supervisory experience, high school diploma, strong communication, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of supervisor/leadership experience in a production environment.
• High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• Proven positive leadership ability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion Safety and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Collect and report safety, quality, production, attendance, and training data.
• Develop and implement methods to reduce waste and improve quality and performance.
• Lead and mentor staff, providing feedback and coaching.
