Tes Recruiting is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment in Denver, CO. You will lead production teams, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to optimize performance while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role focuses on coaching and developing staff, managing schedules, and monitoring KPIs to meet production targets and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or people management experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations on assigned lines and shifts to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals
• Lead and develop production teams to maximize performance and engagement
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and promote a strong safety culture
• Conduct safety training, observations, audits, and corrective actions
• Maintain training records and operating procedures
• Coordinate production schedules with Planning to meet customer requirements
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve efficiency
• Monitor key metrics: Safety, Quality, OTD, and cost
