Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing with supervision
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and 5S
• Experience with safety and quality systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assignments of hourly production staff to meet schedules
• Ensure quality, safety, and ISO compliance
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Lean basics
