Job summary

E-ONE in Ocala, FL, part of Terex, seeks a manufacturing/assembly operator to set up and operate equipment for producing custom and commercial fire trucks. You will read prints, process materials, and help ensure on-spec parts are produced safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate basic fabrication equipment such as Mills, brake press and saw.
• Must be able to read blueprints and understand basic math including decimals, fractions and angles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, change over and operate the complete range of equipment and machine tools.
• Receive and process raw materials or in-process parts.
• Position processed material on designated cart system and move to succeeding operations.
• Perform visual and dimensional checks to verify parts are to specification.
• Blue print reading and measurement accuracy.
