Job summary

Coopind in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct manufacturing operations in the assigned cell. You will lead direct labor to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals and coordinate cross-functionally to meet customer requirements.

You will provide production status and guidance on issues affecting on-time deliveries, and identify opportunities to drive improvements. This role may include additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or manufacturing-related certs required.
• Six Sigma or Lean Certification preferred.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• Experience using an ERP system; strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to drive improvements and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for directing production efforts within the assigned area and coordinating cross-functional production support efforts.

Essential Job Functions:

Drive manufacturing operations within the assigned cell area.

Lead direct labor staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Coordinate cross-functionally within the organization to meet/exceed the customer requirements.

Provide production status and advice on any issues affecting on-time deliveries to support both internal and external customers.

Identify and drive improvement efforts.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Certifications:

Associate’s degree, Six Sigma certification, Lean Certification, etc.

Environment:

Office and shop floor environments.
