Job summary

Linamar Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in Indiana. You will direct daily production, drive safety and quality, and coordinate with maintenance, melt, and other departments to meet schedules and performance targets.

You will champion continuous improvement, coach direct reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards while striving for efficient, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate workforce to meet safety and quality goals.
• Drive continuous improvement to safety performance and efficiency.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to meet delivery demands.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize production, maintenance, and melt processes.
• Lead OEE improvement efforts and investigate downtime >20 minutes.
• Coach team members, resolve issues, and maintain accountability.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Review production schedules and determine manpower requirements.
