Job summary

Linamar Corporation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to plan, direct, and oversee operations activities in Albion, IN. The role focuses on developing efficient, cost-effective systems and driving continuous improvement across the operations division.

You will collaborate with executive leadership to meet company goals, implement new processes and technologies, and ensure safe, productive workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, engineering, or related field is required.
• MBA is preferred for leadership progression.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Extensive supervisory and leadership experience in manufacturing/operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee operations activities to ensure efficient systems and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish and communicate strategic direction for the operations division.
• Collaborate with executives to meet company goals and provide guidance on projects.
• Identify and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to streamline operations.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and facilities to align with the business plan.
• Provide leadership, develop Supervisors, and maintain a safe work environment.
