Job summary

Lincoln Industries is seeking a capable team leader to drive shop-floor operations and coordinate the activities of production teams. You will guide line workers in plating, polishing, assembly, coating or other areas, ensuring adherence to time and quality standards.

Responsibilities include organizing training (OJT and other programs), fostering safe work habits, and providing ongoing performance feedback. This role is typically on-site with moderate interaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct supervision/leadership experience.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in an operational environment on the factory floor.
• Instructs and coordinates the activities and job assignments of team members.
• Scheduling – Implement scheduling sequence for team members.
• Maintain time and production documentation.
• Train and develop team members (OJT, and other necessary training).
• Performance feedback and participation in reviews.
• Ensure quality procedures and safety compliance.
