Jabil is seeking a Production Supervisor in Richardson, TX to lead manufacturing teams, improve safety and quality, and ensure on-time delivery. This role emphasizes coaching, staffing, and performance metrics to meet customer requirements in a fast-paced plant.

The ideal candidate will drive change management, support new product introductions, and coordinate across departments while upholding policies and safety standards. Previous manufacturing leadership and ERP familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Line Manager or manufacturing leadership role
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development skills
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent
• Proven ability to establish performance metrics and drive accountability
• Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to meet customer expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with metrics and reporting tools to drive performance

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manufacturing team with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Recruit, interview, hire, develop, coach, and retain Line Managers and other key manufacturing personnel
• Establish performance expectations and measurable objectives for managers and teams
• Drive employee development, training initiatives, succession planning, and leadership growth
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and evaluations
• Promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
• Serve as the primary communication link between customers and manufacturing operations
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration and issue resolution in reviews
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and metrics
• Monitor on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, lead times, and downtime responsiveness
• Support new product introductions and transfers
• Analyze production requirements and capacity to meet demand
• Manage production issues, line stoppages, and corrective actions
