Job summary

Jabil in Richardson, TX is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to plan, design, implement and manage production and service systems across their lifecycle. The role drives profitability, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement, delivering high-quality products.

You will mentor engineers, develop process standards, coordinate layouts, analyze metrics, and support cost reduction programs while ensuring adherence to company policies and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree required in IE/ME/Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering role or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Propose and drive cross‑functional projects mainly within a work cell.
• Develop Time standards for process steps for IEDB.
• Gather and analyze IE metrics for assigned customers or areas.
• Coordinate layout and facility move(s) for assigned customer or area(s).
• Monitor SAP and Manufacturing Execution System configurations and ensure compliance.
