Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Requires extensive knowledge of production process activities.
• 5+ years of progressive supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Directs development and implementation of activities in production area(s).
• Plans, directs, and coordinates production operations.
• Oversees manufacturing engineering, test engineering and engineering support.
• Develops schedules and staffing based on production forecast.
• Sets production priorities based on sales forecast, equipment efficiency and materials.
