Job summary

Amerex, a McWane, Inc. company, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing teams in our Alabama facility. You will ensure production schedules are met, coach staff, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in production, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. ISO 9000/14001 and OHSAS training are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3 years direct supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.
• Proven facilitation and leadership skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production employees to ensure smooth flow and meeting company goals.
• Manage daily activities to maximize efficiencies and minimize overtime.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.
• Maintain workflow, monitor process steps, and enforce policies and procedures.
• Schedule personnel, assign work, and monitor progress to meet production targets.
• Ensure quality standards and safe, clean work environment.
