Qualifications

• Five years of supervising experience.

• ISO 9000/14001 training preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and D365.

Responsibilities

• Directs supervision of multiple departments.
• Ensures safety, environmental, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Works with Supply Chain to ensure materials availability.
• Improve processes and equipment through design, fabrication, and tooling knowledge.
• Manage daily activities to maximize productivity and minimize overtime.
• Plan and implement productivity improvement projects.
• Schedule personnel to meet production goals.
• Maintain quality by enforcing policies and work instructions.
• Oversee maintenance with supervisors to maximize uptime.
• Foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
• Resolve personnel issues.
• Keep professional knowledge through training.
