Job summary

The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, and developing frontline supervisors. Requires 5–7 years of manufacturing experience and 2–5 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing experience in machining, fabrication, assembly, or industrial production.
• 2–5 years of frontline supervisory experience for 15–30 employees.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume, make-to-order environments.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities in machining, fabrication, assembly, and valve production.
• Direct safety initiatives, audits, and corrective actions to maintain a safe workplace.
• Manage schedule attainment, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Coach and develop production employees and manage performance.
