Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain safety goals and a safe work environment; lead housekeeping and corrective actions.
• Lead employees to meet safety, quality, value, morale, and housekeeping goals; plan and administer policies.
• Coach employees, develop talent, and resolve issues through performance counseling processes.
• Enforce plant policies; manage performance measures and provide progress reports to management.
• Staffing and scheduling; coordinate training and cross-training; manage shifts and overtime.
