Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time production role at IKO Glass Fiber Inc., Chester, SC. You will inspect, package, weigh, label fiber, and help maintain safety and quality standards in a high-temperature manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong communication, ability to follow procedures, and availability for 12-hour rotating shifts including days and nights. Prior manufacturing experience preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to provide simple and accurate instructions.
• Ability to work at times in a high temperature environment.
• Frequent lifting or moving materials up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including days and nights.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection and reject defects in fiber.
• Count and record fiber quantity; maintain inventory records.
• Label and package fiber for shipment.
• Inspect production line components and conveyors for defects.
• Weigh, package, seal and label fiber production.
• Follow safety policies and maintain housekeeping.
