Perdue Farms in Salisbury, Maryland, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly teams across receiving, production and shipping. You will champion safety, quality, and lean improvements while driving productivity and engagement on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2–3 years in a manufacturing environment and 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree candidates with no manufacturing experience must have at least 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of quality control and compliance standards (ISO, OSHA).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules, customer specifications and quality standards.
• Lead and support hourly associates across receiving, production and shipping; ensure safe, productive operations.
• Collaborate with maintenance to monitor equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records including output, quality metrics and attendance.
• Provide regular updates to management on status, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
