Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on associate development.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards (ISO, OSHA).
• Willingness to learn lean manufacturing principles and CI methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping and production operations to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Lead safety protocols and risk assessments to ensure a safe work environment.
• Mentor and develop team members and drive engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize resources.
• Maintain production records and report status to management.
