Job summary

American Battery Solutions Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing operations team, guiding performance and equipment use to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, cost control, and productivity through training and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and coordinate with management to address production issues, while ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Business or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Module/Pack building experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and cross functional team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow of employees and delegate tasks to meet production goals.
• Assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Lead and maintain the TPM system for reliability.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly objectives aligned with plans.
• Establish goals for team members and monitor progress.
• Support MRO daily activities and prepare progress reports.
• Assist root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; enforce 5S and safety procedures.
• Communicate with upper management on production issues.
• Work off shift hours as needed and adhere to policies.
