Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate manufacturing operations to meet schedules, quality, and cost objectives.
• Supervise hourly production employees and develop, train, and motivate the team.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focusing on cost reduction, safety, and efficiency.
• Manage handling of rework and scrap in line with quality standards and processes.
• Support accurate financial reporting and communicate concerns through proper channels.
• Directly supervise production staff and oversee performance management, coaching, and development.
