Job summary

Old-Castle-Building-Envelop is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee teams in a manufacturing setting, plan work, enforce safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement in production methods. You will monitor KPIs, coach employees, and collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure timely shipments and efficient operations, leveraging ERP and assembly tooling.

Candidates should have 5+ years as a Production Leader, strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Production Leader/Shop Leader.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with ERP software, assembly management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Balances safety, quality, productivity, cost and morale to improve results.
• Provides leadership, supervision, motivation and coaching to attain high employee achievement.
• Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintains a safe, organized workplace with active TPS/Lean practices.
• Records daily KPIs and reports progress; summarizes at shift end.
• Delivers employee development, resolves issues through problem solving.
• Collaborates with upstream departments to ensure timely customer shipments.
• Manages production support systems, material flow and cross-training.
