Qualifications

• 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing environment (chemicals preferred).
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Willing to work 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends on occasions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of all production processes and that employees work safely at all times.
• Communicate production priorities to group leaders and operators; assign daily tasks.
• Coordinate and maintain employee training activities; validate competencies.
• Prioritize workloads to meet production supply plan demands.
• Troubleshoot process upsets and production issues to maintain efficiency and quality.
