ALLNEX in Wallingford, Connecticut, is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager to oversee daily operations of the wastewater treatment facility. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, leading a dedicated team, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a relevant degree. Benefits include a salary range of $83k - $120k, 3 weeks vacation, and full medical benefits.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum Connecticut Wastewater Level 3 certification required.
• Ability to obtain Level 4 certification within two years.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of the WWTP, ensuring compliance and safety.
• Serve as Chief Operator, directing activities and operational decisions.
• Train and develop WWTP employees to stay current with regulations.
• Monitor performance metrics, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation.

Conocimientos

Industrial or manufacturing experience

Supervisory or team leadership experience

Data analysis and report writing

Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations

Educación

BS or MS in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering
