Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, leading a dedicated team, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a relevant degree. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum Connecticut Wastewater Level 3 certification required.
• Ability to obtain Level 4 certification within two years.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the WWTP, ensuring compliance and safety.
• Serve as Chief Operator, directing activities and operational decisions.
• Train and develop WWTP employees to stay current with regulations.
• Monitor performance metrics, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation.
