Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Schedule staff effectively to ensure adequate coverage and cost control.
• Ensure training, quality and production standards are met.
• Oversee ironing and tumble fold areas as directed.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Promote safety by supporting monthly safety meetings.
• Prepare and convey production data to staff via Production Board.
• Assist with other positions to meet production goals.
• Handle administrative tasks and reports as needed.
