Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams, plan work, and drive safe, efficient operations. You will oversee daily KPIs, coordinate with upstream departments, and mentor staff to meet performance targets.

The role requires 2+ years as a Production Leader in manufacturing, strong ERP/assembly software and MS Office skills, and a data-driven approach to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Production Leader/Shop Leader.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with ERP software, assembly management software and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solid work ethic.
• Ability to create and adhere to production processes and deliverables.
• Ability to interpret and relay production data and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures.
• Suggest improvements in production methods, equipment, and procedures.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency with the Plant Manager.
• Lead, train, and develop teams; uphold company mission and values.
• Record daily KPIs and provide end-of-shift summaries.
• Coordinate with upstream departments for timely shipments.
• Maintain materials flow, scrap/inventory data, and maintenance requests.
