Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Indianapolis is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You will plan workloads, monitor KPIs, coach staff, and coordinate with upstream departments to ensure on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Production Leader/Shop Leader.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with ERP and assembly management software; MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving, ethics, and ability to interpret KPIs.
• Ability to establish and follow production processes and deliverables.
• Able to interpret and relay production data and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Balances safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve positive results.
• Provide leadership and motivation to attain high levels of achievement.
• Ensures compliance with Safety and Quality standards.
• Leads a safe, organized TPS environment with WPO.
• Records daily KPIs and summarizes at shift end.
• Coaches and develops employees and resolves issues in real time.
• Performs performance appraisals and gives feedback.
• Collaborates with upstream departments to ensure timely shipments.
• Manages production support systems with scrap/inventory data and maintenance requests.
