Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree candidates with no manufacturing experience must have at least 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to develop and coach a team.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office.
