Perdue Farms Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly teams across receiving, production, and shipping, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance on the floor. You will drive productivity, coach associates, and uphold USDA/QA standards while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree candidates with no manufacturing experience must have at least 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on associate development.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards (ISO, OSHA).
• Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement knowledge appreciated.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office.
• Must be available to work 2nd shift.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain safe working environment for all associates.
• Lead safety training, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMPs and sanitation standards to ensure quality.
• Lead corrective actions for non-conformances and drive waste reduction and recalls prevention.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes, audits, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leadership to apply lean manufacturing to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Mentor and coach team members; manage performance and development.
• Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules, quality and output goals.
• Provide regular updates to management on production status and opportunities for improvement.
• Act as liaison between production teams and other departments (engineering, QA, supply chain).
