Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2–3 years in a manufacturing environment and 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree candidates with no manufacturing experience must have at least 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on associate development.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and compliance standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
• Willingness to learn lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be available to work 2nd shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all associates.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, GMPs, SOPs, and sanitation protocols to ensure product quality.
• Lead corrective actions for non-conformances and drive waste reduction and product recalls prevention.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement lean manufacturing to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Supervise daily production activities and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records and provide status updates to management.
