Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the wire harness fabrication process preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to work with customers, managers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the production process.
• Managing staff.
• Ensuring quality control.
• Meet and/or exceed metrics related to on-time delivery, scrap, productivity, PPM.
• Ensure employees are trained on procedures, safety and quality standards.
• Maximize employee involvement in production improvement.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations.
• Meet production targets.
• Propose solutions and verify implementation.
• Prevent nonconformities in product, process and quality system.
