Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process and workflow on the shop floor.
• Manage and develop production staff to meet targets and improve efficiency.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
• Maintain labor efficiency standards and track on-time delivery and productivity metrics.
• Train employees on procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement through designated channels.
