Phillips-Medisize is seeking a Production Supervisor for our New Richmond, WI facility. You will lead production staff, manage performance, hire, and assist with career development, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.

Candidates should have 2+ years in manufacturing and 2+ years in a supervisory role, with ERP experience (SAP) and an associate degree or higher in a related discipline. VISA sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisorial experience.
• Associate degree or higher in business or manufacturing related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction and leadership to production staff, including people management such as performance, disciplinary actions, hiring, and development.
• Ensure the team is aligned with and accomplishing goals and objectives.
• Plan and delegate work in advance; deploy administrative tasks.
• Drive and promote Operational Excellence Principles, Leader standard of Work and 6s processes.
• Effectively communicate information to direct reports and pass information up the management chain with confidentiality.
• Monitor machinery, processes, tools and work cell layouts to drive improvements for profit, quality and safety.
• Promote continuous improvement and timely completion of corrective actions.
• Work with multiple software platforms (Microsoft Office, SAP, Kronos, MyHR, etc.).
