Job summary

Phillips Medisize in Phillips, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support design, implementation, optimization and validation of manufacturing processes, equipment and systems to drive quality, safety and productivity.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering and Maintenance teams, lead NPI activities, evaluate automation options, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Relocation packages available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related Engineering experience.
1+ years of experience as Manufacturing Engineer.
Experience troubleshooting complex automation equipment; CAD and Schematics experience.

Responsibilities

Support design, implementation, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to improve performance.
Lead NPI activities and automation evaluations to maximize efficiency and safety.
Plan equipment layouts and review processes for continuous improvement.
Develop manufacturing documentation and procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
