Job summary

International Wire Group in El Paso, Texas, seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily production, coach employees, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This role will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence on the plant floor.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams, manage staffing and workflows, and ensure adherence to customer requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in production supervision or shift leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop production employees on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate production activities with Plant Manager and other departments.
• Monitor production output and ensure products meet specifications and schedules.
• Promote safety, quality, and cost-consciousness on the floor.
• Maintain accurate production and performance records and report results.
