Genesis is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations and develop a high‑performing team focused on safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement.

This role requires a proactive leader who can anticipate challenges, optimize processes, and partner with plant leadership and cross‑functional teams to meet customer expectations and drive operational excellence. You will mentor 20+ associates, uphold OSHA standards, and contribute to Lean initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent professional experience.
• 0–5 years of professional work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential in academics or internships.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Clear communication with frontline teams and leadership.
• Ownership, initiative and learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 20+ production associates, driving safety, quality, and productivity.
• Execute daily production plans to meet customer and operational targets.
• Maintain a safe working environment aligned with OSHA standards and internal policies.
• Investigate deviations and drive corrective actions through Lean initiatives.
• Review timekeeping, payroll adjustments, and cross-shift communications.
